Hi, I'm April, a Cosmetic Tattoo Artist and owner of Innerbloom Brows, and my mission is to empower women through the transformative art of permanent makeup. I was born in the Philippines and moved to the US when I was 5. My journey has led me to Vancouver, WA where I launched my PMU business at the start of the pandemic - a time when creative self-expression was needed most.

What began as an outlet to satisfy my artistic passions has blossomed into so much more. I've witnessed firsthand the profound impact subtle enhancements can have on a woman's confidence and self-perception. Every face that graces my studio is a unique canvas, allowing me to carefully craft results that flatter each client's individual beauty.

My philosophy is simple: "There's no limit to what we can do, be, give, share, or create." It's this mindset that fuels my passion to deliver the highest quality work and an exceptional experience. I strive to create a space where my clients can simply be - embodying the truest, most empowered versions of themselves.
