Location

We are located in NE Vancouver inside the studio called “Religion Beauty”. Free parking is available in the adjacent parking lot.

 

Arrival

Please arrive on time, if more than 15 mins late, your appointment will be canceled and you will need to submit another deposit. Being late will create a delay to our schedule and is unfair to other clients.

 

Reschedules/No shows

A 72 hour (3 day) notice is required to reschedule to another date and time; otherwise, you will forfeit your deposit. No call/no shows or any notice less than 24 hours before appointment will result in a full credit card charge.

 

Guests

We do NOT allow guests (unless required for translations and approved by artist).

 

Expectations

Please have realistic expectations. We can only work with what we are given (i.e. the amount of hair you have, your muscles, your skin condition, the shape and darkness of your previous tattoo, etc.)

 

Procedure

• Please review Pre-care Instructions again 48 hours prior to your appointment. 

• Shower and apply your makeup as usual. I will be taking portfolio photos.

• If you have any blemishes/breakouts in the treatment area, please reach out asap to reschedule. I cannot tattoo over it as it would cause/spread infection. 

• Your procedure will not start until you have agreed on a shape. Please make sure you are completely satisfied with the Pre-draw before the procedure begins and before leaving the studio. 

• Feel free to bring headphones to listen to music/audiobooks/podcasts during your procedure.

• No phone usage during the procedure to eliminate any distraction to the artist.

 

Payment and Sales Tax
Please remember to account for WA sales tax. Cash payment is preferred. If you plan on using a credit/debit card, there is an additional 3% transaction fee.

 

Non-refundable Service

We cannot guarantee 100% successful results to our clients because everyone's skin takes in permanent makeup differently. There are no refunds as we have carried out the services.

 

Photography

Photos of you taken before, during, and after your enhancement may be used for marketing purposes.
